We loved the attentive staff, great hospitality, and pleasant atmosphere at this hotel. The location is perfect, right in the center of the island and close to all the ports and the ferry terminal. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the breakfast buffet exceeded our expectations.
Everything was fantastic!

Excellent location just 4 mins from ferry station. Very friendly and cheerful hotel staff. Very bright modern hotel design with big clean std rooms (but very small shower/toilett). Nice balcony with view on the shopping street (not noisy!!!). Wide choice for breakfast on splendid terrace. Super value for money!
Extreamly small shower/toilett in std rooms.

Clean modern rooms, look brand new very spacious for a hotel in istanbul. The delux room balcony does not have a great view of the Island so not really worth the extra money.

We had a very nice room with a little balcony and sea view. The roof top restaurant was nice for breakfast.
I found the bed very hard, but this may be a question of personal taste.

The hotel is located in the heart of the bustling center of Büyükada, making it convenient to explore the island. the ferry terminal and pier are just a short walk away, allowing for easy access to transportation. the rooms are nicely set up and offer a wonderful view of the surrounding area. the bathroom is clean and well-maintained, with ample toiletries provided. the staff is friendly and attentive, promptly fixing any issues like air conditioning problems. the breakfast spread is great, with a variety of delicious options to choose from. a convenient and pleasant stay.

Very clear, new well designed rooms, Great stuff - very competent, very nice, honest, mostly women (untypical for Turkey!) - absolutelly great.
Hotel is located is a main tourist street, so it is quit noisy during night - and it was the only disavantage, for us it was very important, this is why I do not recommend it for the people looking for silence.

I recently had a wonderful stay at a charming hotel on the Prince Islands. The value for money was exceptional, with reasonable prices for the quality of service provided. The hotel's attention to detail was evident throughout, from the well-maintained rooms to the basic amenities that were always available.
All in all, my experience at this hotel was truly wonderful.

The hotel was centrally located close to the pier, shops, cafes & restaurants yet very quiet during the night. They offered wine as a welcome drink and plate with fruit. The superior room I booked was very clean, spacious with modern furniture and view on the shopping street. Wide choice for breakfast even for vegetarians like me. The terrace where breakfast is served has a nice sea view. Staff is very friendly and ready to answer all our questions.
The bathroom is small but that wasn't a big problem.

The hotel is ideally located for access to the ferry port and shopping faciliites. Staff were very helpful, though communicating in English was a problem. Staff did their best to make our stay comfortable and complied with our request to change rooms. The bedroom and other facilities were of an excellent standard.
The downside was the small bathroom. Tourist information could have been better - we were provided a map of the island but this was in Turkish. We had to therefore rely on the only one member of staff who could speak English. I would suggest providing written information in English as well as Turkish

We enjoyed the breakfast selection, which offered a varied and plentiful spread. The check-in and check-out processes were efficient and hassle-free. the hotel's outdoor terrace provided a great atmosphere for relaxing and enjoying the fresh air.
One of the cons of our stay was the uncomfortable bathroom sink, which was positioned too low and had a wall stand that got in the way. the small size of the bathroom made it uncomfortable for taller individuals.

The location of the hotel is perfect, being 50m from the town center and 100m from the ferry docks. The staff is very very friendly, trying to help you all the time, even if their English is not perfect. The hotel has an amazing terrace on top of the building, from where you can serve the meals of the day (by the way, the breakfast is huge, with many types of salty food, tea, fruits, pastry, juices) or just relax and enjoy the sea view.
